I rated this place 2 stars because I just got a gel pedicure 2 days ago and they have already chipped in the corners and the middle of my big toe nail!!! The service and pedicure alone was great but I cant believe I payed extra for gel and it's chipping faster then regular paint ! And my left toe nail is very crooked like how would u leave my left toe looking like that !

I never go to ANY other nail salon. Don and Amy are the best and are so sweet. They always do everything they can to make my visit a pleasant one. They remember me every time I come back. I have NEVER had an issue here.

I've gone here for years, and I have had great manicures and not-so-great manicures. I find that when they are busy, you tend to get a rushed job, so I try to go when it's not busy. Stephanie does THE BEST job on my nails. I've had manicures by Amy, but lately she hasn't been able to file my nails straight - I had one hand with square nails and the other one with round one time, and most recently, a few of my nails were filed completely crooked! I've learned to call to be sure Stephanie is working and only have her do them, otherwise, it's a waste of money! I agree with the post that mentions that they are just adequate. You won't get any frills here (this goes for nails or feet). I've been to other places where you really get pampered. If this is what you're looking for, Nail Expo isn't for you. If you want to get in & out without spending much time, then this would be better suited for you.

I arrived here 15 minutes before their supposed "close time" and they refused me service. Personally, I worked in customer service and in restaurants for years and if a customer came in even one minute before our close time, we served them and we did it with a smile, and we let them stay as long as they wanted. If you turn away customers at any certain point, then THAT is your close time, not the time that is currently advertised under their "hours". Poor customer service; won't be returning.

Very nice employees, clean facilities, but just adequate pedicure. Minimal foot scrubbing and massage is weak. BUT, the price is low for the area--$25 for the pedicure.
