- Do I get rebates at any gas station?
Shell Fleet Navigator Card users get a rebate of up to 5c/gal at participating locations. Rebates are tiered and depend on total monthly fueling volume, and certain other restrictions apply. See our savings and rebate chart for more information.
- What if a Shell Fleet Navigator Card is stolen?
Shell Fleet Navigator Cards can only be used with personal identification numbers (PINs) which must be entered before a transaction can proceed. Additionally, Shell’s online and mobile tools let you easily deactivate or suspend cards in the event of loss or theft.
- Can I limit when and how my drivers can use the Shell Fleet Navigator Card?
Yes, with payment controls you can decide what time of day or days of the week your fuel cards can be used, as well as what fuel type, fuel grade, and volume of fuel can be purchased. You can even control which fuel stations your drivers can use and the number of transactions that be made.
